2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that three motor-cycles riders have snatched the motor-cycle of the informant.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and he has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner was identified by one of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37830 of 2023(3) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 witness and he has got criminal antecedent of similar nature.
