The petitioner is in custody in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 370 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act and Section 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that allegation of firing is against one Vikash Kumar Singh and not against this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.3.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned A.C.J.M.-I Sitamarhi, in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 370 of 2018.
