The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner no. 1 Ahmad assaulted the father-in-law of the informant with iron rod causing grievous injury on his eye whereas petitioner no.
Sadre assaulted the informant with knife.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the case was lodged by the petitioners' side at earlier point of time and the informant has retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8473 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2 / 2 The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners if they surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 174 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Sitamarhi.
With this observation, the application is disposed off.
