Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that admittedly the petitioners and the informant had been maintaining good relationship before certain differences arose between them leading to lodging of the First Information Report.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant has submitted that the parties have resolved the differences between them. An affidavit to this effect has been filed today on behalf of the informant. Let it be kept on record.
Considering the nature of dispute and the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners and the informant, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners
above-named in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Khusboo Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Srikrishnapuri P. S. Case No. 299 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the conditions that the petitioners shall present themselves before the police/court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the court on two consecutives occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
