The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ranitalab P. S. Case No. 10 of 2020 dated 12.01.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners have not been named in the F.I.R. The son of the informant was found dead and the informant suspected the hands of people who were

Sometimes after the dead-body of the deceased was recovered, the uncle of the deceased expressed suspicion on five persons including the petitioner. One of such persons, namely, Sanjeev Kumar has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25064 of 2020. From the perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2020 and but for the aforesaid suspicion and confession of the petitioners which have been recorded in paragraph 64 and 65 of the case-diary, there is no other material to connect the petitioners with the alleged offence.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioners and taking into account their clean antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34557 of 2020(2) dt.22-12-2020 3/3 sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. - II, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Ranitalab P. S. Case No. 10 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed.
