JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,188,323,332,504,427,353,307,337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that during anti-encroachment drive the mob pelted stone, as a result of which one trainee IPS Officer and other police personnel received injury.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and the injury has been found to be superficial and simple in nature. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10094 of 2015 (2) dt.11-03-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gaya in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No. 121 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
