Patna High Court CWJC No.15086 of 2021(5) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 Hajipur by making a representation raising the grievance, as has been raised in the present writ application.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that calculation of arrears of rent as indicated in the notices issued to the petitioners, is erroneous.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to raise the aforesaid aspect in their representation before Zila Parishad. If the petitioners file representation within four weeks from today, Zila Parishad shall be required to consider the same and pass a reasoned order within four weeks thereafter.
