Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 376/ 511, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the three accused persons tried to outrage the modesty of the informant while travelling in an Auto-rickshaw. The apprehended co-accused disclosed the name of the petitioner.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14624 of 2015 (2) dt.12-05-2015 regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sadar Hajipur P.S. Case No. 425 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur With this observation this application is disposed of.
