ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Pandaul P.S. Case No. 87 of 2013 dated 8.6.2013. It has been submitted that despite ancestral property being joint, the Informant has maliciously filed the present First Information Report bearing Pandaul P.S. Case No. 87 of 2013 dated 8.6.2013.
Considering that Court should rarely interfere with the investigation, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is disposed off with a direction to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9071 of 2015 dt.09-04-2015 2/2 Investigating Officer to consider the aforesaid and other aspect of the case and conclude the investigation positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, if it has not done so already.
Let this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Madhubani, for its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer, Madhubani, in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 87 of 2013, through FAX at the cost of the Petitioner. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
