The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought, inter alia, the following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the Respondent authorities to pay the following Post Retirement Benefits to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8485 of 2026(2) dt.27-07-2026 2/3 (a) Gratuity.

(b) Leave encashment.

(c) Group Insurance.

(d) G.P.F.

(e) Arrear of Salary due since April, 2018 till the date of retirement i.e. till October, 2023.

(f) Arrear of Pension along with current pension.

(g) All other legitimate dues payable to the petitioner.

(ii) Further for issuance of an appropriate writ directing to the Respondent authorities to pay the entire retirement benefits with statutory interest thereon till the date of payment to the petitioner which have illegally and intentionally been withheld without any rhyme or reason and for wrongful gain.

(iii) Further for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/ direction for which the petitioner be found entitled to under the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the Director, Primary Education (respondent no. 2) for the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ petition.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Director, Primary Education (respondent no. 2), who is directed to call for the service particulars relating to the petitioner, who had retired on 31.10.2023 from the post of Assistant Teacher, from the office of the District Education Officer concerned and see that the admitted dues are paid to the petitioner by disposing of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner, well

5. In case of failure of payment of admitted due, the petitioner is at liberty to take action against the respondent concerned, in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
