The petitioner is seeking modification of the order dated 16.9.2016 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 4881 of 2014 to the extent that in the cause title at Sl. No. 43, due to typographical error, the name of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Radha Kumar", son of Rajesh Prasad instead of "Radha Kumari wife of Rajesh Prasad". Having heard learned counsel for the parties, let the order dated 16.9.2016 passed by this

Patna High Court MJC No.1624 of 2021(2) dt.14-09-2021 2/2 Court in CWJC No. 4881 of 2014 be modified to the extent that in the cause title at Sl.
