The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that in the background of getting irrigated first the land of the petitioner he resorted to fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no injury was caused.

The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11824 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2 / 2 Case No. 320 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Begusarai.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
