2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 316(5), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The prosecution case as unfolded in the FIR is that some people were illegally running the Revenue Staff Office in village Repura and upon such information, the authorities along with the police officer conducted a surprise checking, at the house of Sanjay Prasad Singh and found 7 to 8 persons present in the office, which was being run illegally with the computer operator, laptop, UPS, chair, table etc. Upon search of the room 99 Kewala documents and other documents were recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation as against him is that he was found sitting in the said room of the house of Sanjay Prasad Singh on laptop and was doing the work of online mutation as his services were engaged by the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37309 of 2025(3) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 said Sanjay Prasad Singh. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner and according to the defence disclosed by him during the course of investigation in para-25 of the case diary, he has submitted that he was working on the directions of Karmchari Awadhesh Prasad and was also using his dongle and also used to report to him. He has further submitted that all these works were being done by the order of the Circle Officer which were actually the pending works which used to be done by the petitioner for a remuneration of Rs. 25,000/-. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.03.2025. It is further submitted that charges have been framed in this case on 25.07.2025.
5. The learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the period of custody and also the fact that the charges have been framed, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/ successor court in Lalganj P.S. Case No. 152 of 2025.
