2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 192, 109, 352, 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 27 & 30 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is allegation against the accused persons including these petitioners that they opened fire on the informant and his family members due to

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute and previous enmity. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. There is specific allegation against co-accused Himanshu @ Vicky and Vijay Choudhary that they have caused fire arm injury to Baby Devi and Virendra Kumar. It is submitted that petitioner no. 1 is aged about 62 years, petitioner no. 2 is aged about 65 years and petitioner no. 3 is the son of petitioner nos. 1 & 2. It is also submitted that the charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case and there is no chance of absconding of the petitioners or tampering with the evidence. It is submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 20.03.2025. Petitioners undertake to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two
