The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pranpur P.S. Case no. 9 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 498A/34 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is mother-in-law of the petitioner. She lodged the case making allegation that her daughter was married to the petitioner and she gifted a piece of land but fraudulently the petitioner got executed a sale-deed of land instead of deed of gift.

It is submitted that present case filed by the mother-inlaw, the wife and father-in-law of the petitioner, also lodged cases on similar facts in which the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail by the learned court below itself.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16505 of 2015 (2) dt.30-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 9 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
