The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korha P.S. Case No.43 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he seeks permission to withdraw the application.

Permission is accorded.

The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
