The application seeks restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 8297 of 2010 by extending the time granted under order dated 28.10.2013.
It has been stated that due to inadvertence affidavit could not be filed. However, the same can be filed by tomorrow. The petitioner has explained the reasons.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the application is allowed subject to deposit of a cost of Rs. 600/-
Patna High Court MJC No.818 of 2014 (4) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 with the Patna High Court legal services Committee and filing receipt thereof within two weeks. The time granted in C.W.J.C. No. 8297 of 2010 is extended to 6th of August, 2015. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Shyam/- U
