The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury received by the informant, his wife and brother are simple in nature. There is no allegation of theft against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16815 of 2015 (2) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Sirdala (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
