Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 04.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46464/ 2021 It is submitted that charge has already been framed in this case on 26.11.2021 and two witnesses have also been examined on behalf of the prosecution but they did not support the prosecution case and have been declared hostile. Petitioner is in custody since 08.06.2020.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of custody of the petitioner and progress of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions JudgeIV, Khagaria in connection with Beldour PS case No. 140/2020.
