Case No. 92 /2013, offence under section 7 of the E.C. Act.

(ii) For any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Mr. Lakhmindra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed during the pendency of the writ petition and hence, the same need not be pressed.
