2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2), 303(2) and 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in a relationship and she has got married to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the FIR but has falsely been implicated in this case. The

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII-cum Special Judge (POCSO), Katihar/ concerned Court in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025.
