The petitioner claims to be the family member of the Late Khuda Bakhsh Khan and claims his nomination on the Board in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4562 of 2015 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 terms of section 5(1) (c) of the Khuda Bakhsh Oriental Public Library Act, 1969 (for short 'the Act').

Having realized that the nomination has been made under section 5(1) (d) and not under section 5(1) (c) of the Act, Mr. Khurshid Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ application in order to ventilate his grievance(s) before the appropriate/competent authority of the Central Government .

The application is permitted to be withdrawn with the said liberty.
