JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner attempted to establish forceful physical relationship with the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has retracted from the initial version and has filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below. The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2014 pending in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10337 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 the court of learned JM Ist Class, Masaurhi.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
