1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case no. 532C2 of 2023 registered under section 37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was found in an intoxicated state.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 26.5.2023.
