The petitioners, namely, Mulkho Devi and Pancho Devi, apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 328, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Pradeep Roy, the father of the deceased, made allegations against all the family members of his daughter Bandana Devi that they all killed her.

It is submitted that Bandana Devi was married many years ago. Four years ago, her husband died leaving behind Bandana Devi and three children. The informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioners are the mother-in-law and the sister-in-law of the deceased.

Considering the facts that there is omnibus and general allegations against the petitioners and the petitioners are

No.34335 of 2014 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 the mother-in-law and the sister-in-law of the deceased, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 353/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
