JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsels for the State and for the Accountant General, Bihar. Mr. D.K.Sinha, learned Sr.Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that by now the entire post retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid. He, however, submits that the petitioner may be granted some interest for the delayed payment. No such prayer can be granted in a writ petition except with respect to any statutory interest, to which it is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the GPF amount was paid

Patna High Court CWJC No.3027 of 2015 (6) dt.30-09-2016 long time back along with statutory interest. In the above circumstances, the writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
