Petitioners, namely, Kanhaiya Singh @ Kanhaiya Kumar and Sonu Kumar @ Sonu Singh, apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307, 504, 384, 379, 435/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant. It is submitted that on account of refusal to give Chanda, some quarrel was picked up and the informant got simple injuries but it appears that the petitioners had earlier moved for anticipatory bail for the above occurrence in the year 2013 before the learned Sessions Judge and the same was rejected. The petitioners did not surrender and again filed anticipatory bail petition in the year 2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to
