JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,142,,149,323,307,341 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 IPC was added.

The prosecution case is that petitioner and hundred others started quarrelling and assaulting Raushan Kumar. Subsequently, Raushan Kumar succumbed to the injury. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and due to petty dispute between the parties the accusation has been levelled. Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17107 of 2016 (3) dt.26-04-2016 2/2 case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 504 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Vaishali at Hajipur.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
