JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ application is being filed for setting aside the order dated 9.11.2020 passed by the Sate Information Commissioner, Patna in connection with Case No. A4597/2017 (Dhanjay Jha Versus First Appellate Tribunal-cum-Sub-Divisional Officer Mahua, Vaishali/Public Information Officer-cum-Circle Officer Goroul Vaishali,

Patna High Court CWJC No.14910 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2024 2/2 whereby the respondents concern has directed to impose penalty of Rs.25,000/- of the petitioner for not providing the information to the Private respondent and also directed to give information to respondents concern for necessary action."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case it is directed that imposition of penalty of Rs.25,000/- by the State Chief Information Commissioner, State Information Commission, Patna, vide order dated 09.11.2022 shall not cast any aspersion on the service career of the petitioner. It is directed, accordingly.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
