2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 306 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 117(2), 118(2), 76 and 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a rod and injured him.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is a land dispute between the parties. There is a case and counter case also. The petitioner is in custody since 22.03.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36509 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJMVIII, Motihari, East Champaran/ concerned Court in connection with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No. 306 of 2024.
