The stand, on instruction, of the counsel for the Examination Board is that the examination, in question, has already been held and over. To that extent the writ petitioner has missed the bus. The petitioner was also not eligible in terms of the parameters indicated in the notification, by virtue of which only certain candidates were permitted to participate in the said examination. Since the petitioner was not eligible, that is the reason for him to challenge even the notification, contained in Annexure-6, against

Patna High Court CWJC No.6722 of 2016 dt.09-08-2016 2/2 conduct of such examination.
