JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2021 Heard Mr. Parwej Khan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Md. Sufiyan, learned APP for the State.. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Though the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted many persons of the prosecution side and injured them but learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the injuries suffered by the victim are simple in nature.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioners and the background facts, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -6th Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Kudra P.S.
