The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have instigated other FIR named persons to commit assault. It is submitted that there is case and counter case. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature. Petitioner is only alleged to be member of the mob. There is land dispute between the parties.
