No. 1813 of 2018.

2. Learned counsel for the State is trying to re-address the argument on merits. She has not pointed out what is error apparent on the face of the record so as to invoke Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC read with Section 114 of CPC.

3. Recently, Apex Court in the case of S. Murali Sundaram v. Jothibai Kannan & Ors., in Civil Appeal No. 1167-1170 of 2023 (para 14 to 17), held that review petition could be entertained only if there is any error apparent on the face of the record.
