The petitioner, who is in custody since 04.08.2020, seeks bail in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019, dated 01.08.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 414 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the First Information Report, the informant is said to have been assaulted by the petitioner and another when he had gone to take his wife back.

No.36729 of 2020(2) dt.01-02-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is the maternal uncle of the wife of the informant, who is not having good relation with him. It has further been submitted that the accusation against the petitioner is absolutely false and concocted.
Regard being had to the nature of accusation, the relationship of the petitioner with the wife of the informant and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019.
