====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State.

2. After some arguments, it transpires that the only grievance now remains with salary for some period to the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State admits that the same is due but the further stand is that it shall be made within a few days in view of there being fund crunch.

4. Having considered the matter, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction that the salary for the period in

Patna High Court CWJC No.10909 of 2017 (3) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 question be made to the petitioner, upon due verification, within one month from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 3.

5. If the petitioner feels that any other dues remain unpaid, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 3. If the same is filed within four weeks from today, it shall be considered on merits and a speaking order passed. If any further payment is found due in terms of the order on the representation, the same shall also be paid to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter.
