Heard Mr. Prabhakar Singh, learned Advocate for the petitioners seek modification of the order dated 22.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2813 of 2021 to the extent that the order be directed to the satisfaction of the 'learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra' in place of 'learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50004 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 Aurangabad' as such order was passed on the erroneous statement made in the bail petition.

For the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 22.07.2021 is modified to the extent that the order would be deemed to be directed to 'learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Saran at Chapra' in place of 'learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad'. In case the petitioner has not yet surrendered to the process of law, the time for his surrendering is further extended by a period of four weeks with the other conditions in the order subsisting.

The order dated 22.07.2021 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
