In compliance of the order of this Court, a supplementary show-cause affidavit has been filed and with reference to the averments made therein it is submitted that the opposite parties have removed the encroachment again on 03.10.2023 in presence of the petitioner. The petitioner on being satisfied with the removal has also accepted that in compliance of the order of this Court, the encroachment has been removed by the opposite party no.5 (Circle Officer, Chenari) and in token thereof a certificate has also been filed by the petitioner showing his

Patna High Court MJC No.961 of 2018(5) dt.07-10-2023 2/2 satisfaction.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the copy of the supplementary show-cause affidavit has been served just in a while and, as such, he seeks for a short adjournment.

4. Considering the averments made in the supplementary show-cause affidavit, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court under contempt has been complied with and, as such, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
