No.15209 of 2018 which stood dismissed for non compliance of the order passed by this Court on 31.10.2017 requiring the petitioner to remove the defects within 2 weeks thereof. Since the order was peremptory in nature that after its expiry the writ petition was dismissed.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the reasons assigned I grant until 25.02.2019 to the petitioner to remove the defects and in case the defects are removed by 25.02.2019, C.W.J.C. No. 15209 of 2017 shall stand restored to its file failing which it shall remain in the same state.
