JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017 registered under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law, mother-inlaw and sister-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against them. Husband of the deceased is already in jail custody. Further submission is that no external injury is found in the Postmortem Report.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36451 of 2017 (4) dt.22-09-2017 the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Chapra, District - Saran in connection with Janta Bazar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
