The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim girl made allegation that the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter but the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and she denied to have been kidnapped by any person. She disclosed that she voluntarily married. She disclosed her age to be 19 years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
