The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rupouli P.S. Case No.01 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 341, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he has opened fire but no one sustained fire arms injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner and informant are Gotiya and there is dispute of drainage water. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner is in custody since

No.35002 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/2 24.02.2019 and petitioner and informant are Gotiya and no one sustained fire arms injury, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Purnea, in connection with Rupouli P.S.
