JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 307, 353, 435 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that informant being the police officer was supervising the distribution of food packets to the police officials, engaged in law and order duty, where it was found that mob blockade the road and assaulted two boys of Hindu family they also set two motorcycles on fire. The mob also pelted stones causing injuries to the constables.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general against the mob. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15930 of 2015 (2) dt.17-04-2015 2/2 petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town (Bundelkhand) P.S. Case No.465 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
