The petitioners seek bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019 dated 21.04.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 498(A), 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the parents-in-law of the deceased.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners of having killed the deceased. It has further been stated that the deceased died a natural death because of some illness and only

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

The petitioners are in custody since 09.02.2020 and 22.11.2019 respectively.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioners and taking into account the fact that there has not been any substantial progress in the case before the court below, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 530 of 2019, arising out of Minapur P.S. Case No. 172 of 2019.
