The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Section 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The informant alleged that while a discussion was being held on the No Confidence Motion brought against Kanchan Prasad, Up-Mukhia, the petitioners and others are alleged to have assaulted the informant.
It is submitted that on the same day, Fatehpur P.S. case No. 385/2013 was registered on the statement of Basudeo Manjhi, Mukhiya of Gram Panchyat Bhetaura in which Dilip Yadav, Anil Yadav and Virendra Yadav were made accused along with other persons.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 386/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
