Earlier, the bail petitioner of petitioner was rejected, vide judgment / order dated 03.02.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 32234 of 2020.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2020 and has thus, remained in custody for almost two years. Charge has already been framed.

However, learned senior counsel for informant vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let
