Petitioner has prayed for the following relief: "(A) For issuance of direction to the State of Bihar and its authority concerned to implement Sections 4,5,6,8 and 29 of National Food Security Act, 2013 in letter and spirit.

(B) For commanding the respondents for setting up vigilance committee as per section 29 of the National Food Security Act, 2013."

Inviting attention of this Court towards a decision rendered by a Division Bench of Himachal Pradesh High Court in CWP No. 3305 of 2016-A, titled as Veterans Forum for Transparency in Public Life through its Organizing Secretary Vs. Union of India & another, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents have not taken any action on the petitioner's representation.

Learned counsel for the State states that the authorities concerned shall positively take steps on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months. Let needful be done.

The present petition stands disposed of with direction to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from today, more so, in the light of the decision rendered in the case of Veterans Forum for Transparency in

Patna High Court CWJC No.14438 of 2018(2) dt.06-01-2020 3/3 Public Life through its Organizing Secretary (supra). Equally, liberty reserved to the petitioner to approach the Court afresh, if need so arises.
