2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 454 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner entered into the house of the informant in the night and tried to outrage the modesty of his daughter. Prior to this occurrence the petitioner has committed the same offence with her daughter for which Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 518 of 2021 has been filed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38835 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 this case. He has submitted further that the reason for his false implication is dirty village politics.

5. From perusal of the FIR, it appears that for similar allegation already Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 518 of 2021 was lodged on behalf of the informant. The petitioner has committed the similar type of offence for the second time.

6. In my view, he does not deserve the privilege for bail. Accordingly, it is rejected.
