2. The present modification petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 08.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89133 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, namely, Raushan Mandal could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated period due to the reason that he was under treatment of doctor at Jhanjharpur. He further submits that in the ends of justice the order dated 08.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89133 of 2024 may kindly be modified.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Raushan Mandal and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 08.01.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89133 of 2024 is extended by ten days from today.

5. Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
