Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kashim Bazar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 482, 487 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 (a) (f) of Excise Act.

Taking note of this fact that the alleged recovery has been made from the house of co-accused, Gyan Sahni and nothing was recovered from the house of the petitioner, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with
